Alex Benedict
Client Strategy & Operations Specialist
Alex brings more than ten years of experience in client success and business operations, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, service, and long-term relationship building. Throughout his career, he has led retention strategy for high-volume accounts within the realms of both finance and marketing, supported revenue growth through operational improvements, and helped manage large-scale business portfolios with consistency, care, and results.
A graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy in Nashville and Belmont University with a degree in Business, Alex combines a strong educational foundation with hands-on operational expertise. A Nashville native with deep roots in Middle Tennessee, he is passionate about serving local businesses and the communities around them.
Alex approaches every client relationship with a service-first mindset, combining clear communication, proactive support, and practical problem-solving to help partners feel valued, supported, and confident in the service they receive. He believes strong business relationships are built on integrity, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.
Johnna Watson
Vice President
Johnna has been in Customer Relations for over 35 years, serving companies and their employees by specializing in customer service to all sizes of organizations.
Being a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, with a degree in Journalism and
Marketing and an emphasis in Business Administration have been extremely beneficial in
elevating her expertise in business relationships.
Johnna began work on her master’s degree at Louisiana State University and received an Honorary Master of Understanding in 2002 from the Wharton School.
Johnna has served on numerous boards throughout Middle Tennessee, including Nashville Symphony, Cheekwood Botanical Gardens, Nashville Ballet, and The Next Door Recovery.
As a mentor to Operation Andrew’s Oak Project program, she has been blessed by mentoring
the young professionals personally and professionally. She is passionate about giving back to
the community especially organizations such as Tennessee Baptist Childrens Homes.
Olivia Healy
Executive Office Manager
Nashville native with over six years of experience in high-level personal and executive
support, bringing a strong foundation in operations, organization, and client experience.
With a background that includes studies at Tennessee Tech University and continued work centered around supporting individuals through life transitions, she offers a thoughtful, people-centered approach to both business and operations.
